Reporting to: Morten Olsen, Director, Finance
The role you’ll play
As our new Finance Manager, you will have an exciting and varied workday. Your tasks will include classic financial tasks, larger projects such as the insourcing of tasks from service provider, optimising of processes etc., and leadership of a team of 4 employees.
The team you’ll be a part of
You will be part of our Finance team, which consists of 10 employees whereof 4 reports into this position. We are a small team that work closely together and help each other. We aim to have fun while being busy and respect that people also have a life outside work.
You will be responsible for your own tasks, with the opportunity for sparring within the team and peers. Your tasks will span across the companies that AIP manages with focus on the management company. As AIP constantly grows and develops, the Finance team and this role will develop to support the business.

Partnering with the Finance Director to drive the finance team and underlying processes.
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and insightful analyses to support decision. making together with the CFO and Finance Director.
Owning the month-end process, delivering monthly reports and management information both to the CEO/CFO and parent company.
Preparing board material within area of responsibility.
Responsible for the payroll process together with the Payroll Manager.
Leading and developing the Finance team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Contributing to ad hoc projects to support the strategy including ongoing process optimisations mainly by enhanced use of IT.
Managing local audits, statutory accounts, and compliance with mandatory regulations.

What you’ll need to bring
A master or bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong leadership qualities taking pride in developing your team, delivering results, and having a hands-on mindset.
Enjoy working in a company which is growing fast and where 2 days are not alike.
Create plans, participate in solving the tasks and pay attention to detail.
Good communication skills in both Danish and English.
This will make you stand out
You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, including ERP and Workflow systems (preferably knowledge of Business Central).
Strong Excel skills incl. pivot tables, macros and similar.
Experience with Robotic process automation (RPA) and AI.
