




Senior Associate, Finance (Experienced senior Payroll Assistant)

- Reporting to: Morten Olsen, Director, Finance
The role you’ll play
As our new experienced Payroll Assistant, you will have an exciting and varied workday. Your tasks will be to ensure that payroll runs smoothly, accurately, and on time every month, as well as handling important administrative tasks and participate in projects.
The team you’ll be a part of
You will be part of our Finance team, which consists of 10 employees. We are a small team that work closely together and help each other. We aim to have fun while being busy and respect that people also have a life outside work.
You will be responsible for your own tasks, with the opportunity for sparring within the team/manager. Your tasks will focus on payroll related to the Danish entity but also support AIP other locations (London, Madrid & New York). As AIP constantly growths and develops, the Finance team will develop to support the business.

- Prepare payroll for employees in Denmark and collaborate with external payroll provides in other countries (payroll outsourced abroad)
- Maintain the payroll platform in Denmark with correct data
- Responsible for process regarding registration of vacation and hours (students).
- Reconcile payroll in E-Indkomst and reconcile between Business Central (ERP system), payroll system, and E-Indkomst.
- Ensure correct and timely payroll refunds in relation to tax etc.
- Maintain administrative processes, including ensuring correct employee data in various systems.
- Contributing to ongoing process optimisations mainly by further use of IT-systems.
- Support to the People & Culture team and the rest of AIP.
Desired experience and competencies
What you’ll need to bring
- +5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- You can familiarise yourself with new systems (knowledge of Visma Løn/HR is an advantage).
- You are fluent in Danish and can communicate in English.
- You work in a structured and detailed manner, and you take pride in completing tasks timely and accurately.
- You can work independently and are also a good team player who lends a helping hand to your colleagues.
- You are responsible, approachable, and positive.
- You are attracted to being part of a developing organisation with a high drive.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
